These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the crypto asset exchange service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and .

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. By submitting an electronic request to exchange crypto assets, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms.

1. Basic Terms

Crypto asset — a digital representation of value or rights that can be transferred and stored electronically using distributed ledger technology.

Fiat currency — a currency recognized as legal tender and issued by a central bank.

Cash — monetary funds in the form of banknotes and coins.

Non-cash funds — monetary funds held in bank accounts or payment systems.

Request — information provided by the User to carry out an exchange of crypto assets or fiat currency.

Identity verification (KYC) — a set of measures aimed at establishing the identity of the User.

AML/CTF — a set of regulations aimed at preventing the use of the financial system for money laundering.

High-risk transaction — a transaction whose characteristics may indicate an elevated risk of money laundering or terrorism financing.

2. Services

The Company undertakes to exchange crypto assets for a commission fee paid by the User. The exchange is carried out by purchasing or selling crypto assets to third parties at a price no lower than that specified in the Request.

The service does not store crypto assets in its own wallets. To ensure liquidity and conduct operations, the Service uses the services of reliable third-party providers.

3. Agreement

These Terms are deemed accepted by the User at the moment of submitting a Request for exchange. Information about exchange conditions published by the Company constitutes a public offer.

4. Transaction Procedures

4.1. Using the Service for illegal transfers, fraudulent activities, or any other unlawful operations is strictly prohibited.

4.2. If a Request cannot be fulfilled within the specified timeframe for reasons beyond the Company's control, the funds shall be returned to the User's payment details within 72 hours.

4.3. The Company reserves the right to disclose transaction information to law enforcement authorities.

4.4. The User agrees to provide all identity documents upon request by the Service.

4.5. The Company reserves the right to refuse service if the User declines to provide the required documents.

4.6. The User agrees not to interfere with the operation of the Service and to provide accurate information.

5. Exchange Rates and Commissions

The exchange rate is determined based on data from cryptocurrency exchanges and may vary depending on market conditions. The Service commission is included in the exchange rate and is displayed when creating a request.

6. Refunds

Refunds are made to the same payment details from which the funds were originally sent. The refund period is up to 72 hours from the moment the refund decision is made. Network fees for the refund are paid by the User.

7. Liability

The Company shall not be held liable for losses arising from the User providing incorrect payment details, delays in blockchain network confirmations, or actions of third parties.

8. KYC/AML

The Company reserves the right to request identity verification of the User in accordance with its AML/CTF policy. Detailed information is set out in the Service's AML/CTF Policy.

9. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Service's Privacy Policy.

10. Final Provisions

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The updated version is published on the Service's website. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall retain their full legal force.
